CHANDLER, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2006--Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR) today announced that it has repaid the outstanding $132 million aggregate principle balance of its 5.75% Convertible Subordinated Notes due June 1, 2006.
